How to Request a Refund
Fill in our refund application form with your order and payment details, or contact our support team on WhatsApp at +48 572 202 267 with your order ID. Approved refunds are returned to the bank account used for the original payment and arrive within 30 days of the payment date.
Eligibility
The guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. Renewals and second purchases are non-refundable. Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service (credential sharing, resale, abuse) are not eligible for refund.
Cancellation
